I also have a 256x256x256 cube and a 65535x65535x.01 box, however there's not much use for the latter other than covering a huge number of sims and generally griefing. The former is used (50% path cut) on 'what' island to make fake off-land sculpty islands, which makes it appear that the sim is bigger than it really is. I may have a few more unique ones; I'll check next time I'm in-world. I also wish these comments had an edit function.
